How lazy of me to "forget" to post the day 2 of my trip to Amsterdam...
Well, a really long time has passed since my trip so I will just give a few highlights and suggestions.

1) Museumplein
This part of town is an area where there great art museums and the scenery is just gorgeous! There is an enormous park in which people play sports, chill or take pictures - like me! But seriously, who could resist not taking a picture of this beautiful place?!
There are also wonderful restaurants close-by. My family and I decided to go to Wagamama because we hadn't went before. I had a vegetarian curry - don't call me crazy but I did not like it. The curry sauce is not my thing.

2) Canal Ring
The canals are surrounding the city and dividing it at certain places. When you walk around the city centre you get to see beautiful sceneries of them (perfect for photos! :D)

3) Albert Cuyp Market
Oh how lovely this place was! Amazing place for crazy bargains! There were so many shops around with gorgeous clothes and many food stands. There were also stands selling fresh produce like yummy fruits and veggies. It was a gorgeous market! I didn't want to leave :D!

4) Flower Market
The flower market is by the canals and it is a long line of small flower shops.
The tulips are so beautiful that you can't decide which one you want to buy!
I ended up buying a pack of pink/green/yellow tulip bulbs and a small pot of strawberry seeds. The strawberry pot is adorable! It comes with a tablet which turns into soil when you wet it with hot water. Then you plant the seeds inside!

5) Vondelpark
This park was huge and gorgeous. Brown leaves on the ground, beautiful lakes, clear sky and warm rays of sunshine - it was a perfect afternoon.
Since we were touristing, we just walked on foot around the park but there were many people riding their bikes, rollerblading and running. It's wonderful that they have so much nature in such a modern city!

6) La Place
I know I talked about this place on the previous blog post but it really was a food heaven. The best part is that they have food for any preference. Some vegan options are pasta, salad, soup, juices, veggies, rice bowls and fruits.
In addition to vegan foods, they also have parfaits, chicken, meat, fish...
Though there were so many more beautiful sights in Amsterdam, I wanted to keep this post short and only share my absolute favorites.
♡Hope this was useful!♡ xx
